Female looking out from a stage

Events: Stages Create Stories That Outlive the Moment

February 01, 20261 min read

One generation tells another; stages become legacy accelerators. Social media can create awareness, but events create conviction. Trade ecosystems move when people share space, share stories, and share next steps.

A showcase is more than a stage. It’s a credibility transfer. It compresses time. It replaces cold introductions with warm trust. It turns “someday” into “we met.”

Scripture reminds us in Psalm 145:4 that what is planted in the right environment flourishes. The right room can unlock the right relationship, which unlocks the right opportunity.

This is also why we highlight heroes. Culture is shaped by what we celebrate. When we elevate faithful leaders who are doing the work quietly, we teach others what good looks like.

If you want momentum, get near momentum. Show up. Collaborate. Contribute. Visibility with integrity is not vanity, it’s responsibility in motion.

Trade note: consistency beats intensity. Small aligned actions, repeated weekly, build the kind of credibility that compounds.

She has multiple graduate and post graduate degrees and certifications plus a Doctorate in Divinity. Currently she also serves as the Director of Ministries for C-Suite for Christ.
From a very early age, she had an insatiable quest for knowledge and an even bigger desire to share that knowledge. So much, in fact, that she spent most of my early years grounded for things like talks too much, distracts other children, cannot sit still, and works ahead of the class. For many years, she believed that there was something horribly wrong with me because she couldn’t be “normal” and behave like the other kids. she had no idea that all those things were of gifts from God designed to make me amazing. She just knew she was different.
She also learned that it was not ok to be different. And almost fell prey to one of the biggest tragedies of all time. It’s becoming average accidentally on purpose. We don’t even know it’s happening.
Shari Jo’s experience in leadership, executive, and personal development allows her to help organizations create excitement, increase engagement, and energize an audience of any size or type. Bringing tons of practical experience with her, she will cut right to the chase, inspire action, and provide tools and simple solutions to challenges we all face in the workplace and in our everyday lives.
As a human, a coach, a speaker, a professional, a leader and cancer survivor, Shari Jo wears many labels. In all things however, she is first a Christian. On fire. Out loud. Unapologetically.
That is why she is listed as one of the top 50 speakers for the next generation of influencers and life-changers.
