The Christian Entertainment Network exists because we could not ignore that knowing.
CEN was built for the speakers, creators, leaders, and visionaries who love God deeply and still want to build something excellent, sustainable, and impactful in the world. It was created to bridge the gap between calling and opportunity, faith and structure, inspiration and execution.
Too often, we watched talented, faith-driven people struggle not because they lacked gifting, but because they lacked access, strategy, and support. We saw incredible voices go unheard, powerful messages remain unpublished, and leaders burn out trying to figure everything out alone. We knew there had to be a better way.
So we built one.
At CEN, we don’t believe in surface-level visibility or quick wins without substance. We believe in elevation with integrity. We believe in doing things the right way, even when it takes longer. We believe in pairing prayer with planning, faith with action, and vision with real pathways forward.

Shari Jo Watkins

Every movement has a moment of conception. And every moment has a person willing to say yes before the path is clear.
For the Christian Entertainment Network, that person is Shari Jo Watkins.
As Founder and CEO, Shari Jo is the visionary force behind CEN’s creation, growth, and unapologetic commitment to faith, excellence, and impact. She doesn’t simply lead the organization, she carries the responsibility of its people and the courage required to build something that didn’tiveade kind of platform: bold in faith, serious about excellence, and built to last.
Kate Bays
Co-Founder | Prayer Warrior | Architect of Elevation
There are leaders who stand at the front, and there are leaders who make everything stand. Kate Bays is the latter.
As a co-founder of CEN, Kate is not just part of the vision, she is one of the steady hands that keeps it aligned, protected, and moving forward with purpose. Often called the maker of magic, her true gift is discernment: she sees what someone carries before they see it themselves, then walks with them as it comes to life.
Kate leads CEN’s women’s initiatives with strength and compassion, creating spaces where women are not only encouraged, but equipped, where faith is practiced, calling is activated, and excellence is cultivated.
Known as a prayer warrior, Kate carries the unseen work with reverence, praying over people, partnerships, and decisions, keeping the mission anchored and the culture covered.
Carolina Billings
Co-Founder | Publisher (PWT Global) | Strategic Architect
Some leaders lead from the spotlight. Others lead by designing the stage so well that everyone else shines. Carolina Billings is that kind of leader.
As a co-founder of CEN and Publisher through PWT Global, Carolina transforms ideas into assets, messages into movements, and creators into credible authorities. She brings precision, audience intelligence, and master-level strategy to everything CEN produces.
Often recognized as the marketing genius behind the scenes, Carolina reads the landscape with clarity and builds strategies that are both creative and commercially sound. While she may be quieter about her faith, it is evident in how she serves: through integrity, excellence, and stewardship of message.
Ben Hinton
Co-Founder | Kingdom Connector | Builder of Bridges
Some leaders build platforms. Others build people. Ben Hinton builds connections that change trajectories.
As a co-founder of CEN, Ben carries a rare blend of discernment, strategy, and servant leadership. Known as a Kingdom Connector, he sees how people, opportunities, and purpose intersect, then brings those pieces together with integrity and intention.
Ben’s leadership is marked by alignment: Is this honoring the mission? Will it elevate the person, not just the platform? His guidance helps ensure CEN members are positioned to steward opportunities well, with character that lasts longer than a moment.
Teresa Jenkins Chadwick
Director, Christian Modeling Division | Director, Coaching by Christians: Been There, Done That
Some leaders inspire because of where they’re going. Others inspire because of where they’ve been and what they’ve carried with grace. Teresa Jenkins Chadwick is the latter.
A physician by training, a speaker and author by calling, and a coach and long-time model by lived experience, Teresa brings a rare blend of credibility, compassion, and clarity to CEN. She leads with wisdom earned over time, guiding others with standards that protect both excellence and identity.
As Director of the Christian Modeling Division, Teresa is committed to redefining modeling with purpose, confidence rooted in character, calling, and conviction. As a foundational leader of Coaching by Christians: Been There, Done That, she helps develop coaches who lead from experience, not abstraction.
Pete O’Shea
Director, Comedy Division | Called & Equipped Comedy Academy
Comedy may sound light, but doing it well, faithfully, and for decades takes weight, wisdom, and courage. Pete O’Shea has all three.
As Director of the Comedy Division for CEN, Pete brings a lifetime of experience to the art and discipline of Christian comedy. A seasoned comedian, long-time radio host, and international commentator, he has refined a craft that balances humor with truth, laughter with substance, and joy with responsibility.
Through the Called & Equipped Comedy Academy, Pete helps shape comedians who understand timing, truth, and testimony, equipping them to steward humor with integrity and professionalism.
